Cookie Protocol 4.3 Mandate

Section 4.3.1: Cookies shall not be served with a side of despair.

Section 4.3.2: Cookies shall be served with a minimum 3:2 ratio of sprinkles to crumbs.

Section 4.3.3: Cookies shall not contain more than 5% of actual cookie dough by weight.

Section 4.3.4: All cookie packaging shall feature at least 4 different colors.
