Mandate 4 | Appendix 2-3: The Unnecessary Clarification of Interplanetary Sneeze Regulations

Article 2.1: Definition of Sneeze

According to Section 4, Article 1, Subsection 2, a sneeze is defined as "a sudden and forceful ejection of air from the nostrils, often preceded by a warning signifier, such as the phrase 'Achoo!' or 'Ah-CHOO!'."

Article 2.2: Types of Sneeze

There are three recognized types of sneezes:

• Common Sneeze (Article 3, Subsection 1): A standard, garden-variety sneeze.
• Galactic Sneeze (Article 4, Subsection 2): A sneeze of such ferocity that it creates a localized shockwave, causing nearby objects to be displaced.
• Regulatory Sneeze (Article 5, Subsection 3): A sneeze that occurs while attempting to navigate the complexities of Mandate 4, Appendix 2-3.

It is worth noting that these categories are not mutually exclusive and may overlap in certain circumstances.
