Asteroid Mining Regulations - Galactic Mandate 4

Effective immediately, asteroid mining operations are strictly regulated by the Galactic Union of Advanced Lifeforms (GUAL).

Per Mandate 4, all asteroid mining operations must adhere to the following:

• Obtain a valid GUAL-issued Mining Permit, which is renewable every 3 Earth-years.
• Pay the mandatory 37.5% tax on all mineral yields.
• Provide free oxygen and water to all sentient lifeforms within a 100-parsec radius.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Fines of up to 1 million Galactic Credits per infraction.
• Confiscation of all mining equipment and assets.
• Revocation of GUAL membership and social standing.
