As dictated by the Council of Unyielding Bureaucrats, all citizens must wear their feelings on their sleeve... or at least, their sleeve tags.
Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Mandatory participation in the annual "Express-Your-Feelings" parade.

Due to the complexity of the regulations, a minimum of 17 forms must be filled out in triplicate for every action.
