Section 3: Exemption Procedures

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Exemption 3 has been granted to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional proficiency in the ancient art of Extreme Ironing.

Eligible applicants will be awarded a certificate, a year's supply of ironing boards, and a complimentary subscription to "The International Times: Extreme Ironing Edition" newspaper.

Or, if you're feeling particularly daring, you may wish to attempt the The Ironing Gauntlet, a series of increasingly difficult ironing-related challenges designed to test your mettle.

Subsection 3a: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Exemption 3, applicants must meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Hold a minimum of 5 years' experience in extreme ironing
• Have published at least 3 peer-reviewed papers on the topic of ironing-related injuries
• Be able to iron a shirt in under 3 minutes while reciting the entirety of "The Great Gatsby" from memory

Subsection 3b: Exemption Benefits

Upon being granted Exemption 3, recipients will be entitled to:

• A lifetime supply of free ironing boards
• A complimentary subscription to "The International Times: Extreme Ironing Edition" newspaper
• A 10% discount on all purchases at "The Ironing Emporium" store

Subsection 3c: Exemption Limitations

Note that Exemption 3 comes with certain limitations:

• Recipients are not permitted to iron any article made of fabric that is not 100% cotton or linen
• They must attend a minimum of 2 international ironing seminars per year
• Upon termination of the exemption, all previously issued ironing boards must be surrendered to the governing authority
