Description: The toaster has stopped toasting. Not just once, not just twice, but every time. It's like it has a personal vendetta against bread.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Place bread in toaster. 2. Turn on toaster. 3. Wait for 5 seconds. 4. Watch as the toaster spits out a charred, flavorless brick.
