As per Section 3, Subsection 2 of the Official Mandatory Documentation, the following specs must be met:
1. The font size must be exactly 18px, with a line height of 1.5.
2. The background color must be a shade of yellow that is not too bright, but not too dull.
3. The text shadow must be a 2px 2px 2px #666 drop shadow.
Failure to comply with these specs will result in the immediate deployment of Penalties.
