MANDATE NUMBER 002: THE MANDATE

Section 1: Mandate Description

By order of the Council of Mandates, it is hereby decreed that all citizens shall wear funny hats on Tuesdays. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced viewing of reruns of "The Great British Baking Show"
• Assignment to a mandatory knitting class
• Random acts of public service, including but not limited to: cleaning up after a surprise visit from the Mandate-Inspectors
