Section 2: The People's Commissariat has decreed that all forms of inefficiency shall be eradicated. All meetings shall be 30 minutes or less, all reports shall be one-page or less, and all decisions shall be made in under 5 minutes.
Article 1: The Commissariat shall establish a new department of 'Time Management and Decision-Making Efficiency' to monitor and enforce these new regulations.
Article 2: All employees shall be issued a 'Stopwatch of the People' to track their productivity and ensure they are meeting the required standards.
Article 3: Any employee found to be consistently inefficient shall be subject to re-education and possible reassignment to a more menial role.
