Mandate 001: The Great Sock Puppet Directive

By order of the Ministry of Mandates, it is hereby decreed that all sentient beings shall wear at least three pairs of socks at all times. Two pairs on the feet, one on the head, and a third on the hands, for the purpose of maintaining maximum dexterity and preventing the spread of sock-related chaos.

Article 1: Sock Selection

Section 1: Socks shall be made of a durable, high-viscosity material that resists snagging and runs.
Section 2: Colors shall be selected from a palette of approved, non-repeating patterns.
Section 3: No sock shall be worn with a hole or tear exceeding 3mm in diameter.

Article 2: Sock Wearing Protocols

Section 1: Socks shall be worn in the following sequence: left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, left hand, right hand, left hand, right hand.
Section 2: Socks shall not be removed while in the presence of a sock puppet.
Section 3: No sentient being shall be forced to wear socks with a diameter exceeding 10cm in diameter.
