**Mission Briefing:**

Our top priority is to confuse the local traffic authorities. We have received intel that a rival faction has set up a fake traffic light on the corner of 5th and Main. We will not be outsmarted.

**Phase 3: Traffic Redirect Objectives:**

• Disable all traffic lights within a 5-block radius.
• Steal their traffic cones. We need them for our own nefarious purposes.
• Plant a fake "Road Closed" sign on 3rd and Oak. We want to cause maximum chaos.
