Mandatory Mumbling Binding Agents

By Order of the Supreme Mumbler, all agents are required to read and understand the following principles:

• Article 1: Agents shall always prioritize the Mumbling Agenda, above all else.
• Article 2: Agents are not permitted to deviate from the approved mumbling scripts.
• Article 3: All mumbly communications must be conducted in a language approved by the Mumbling Linguistics Committee.

Mumbling Linguistics committee is responsible for maintaining the official Mumbling Dictionary.
