According to PPA, holding your breath for more than 30 seconds is a serious offense. Repeat offenders will be subject to:
- Severe Oxygen Deprivation (SOD) charges
- Fines of up to 1,000,000 units of oxygen
- Compulsory participation in Mandatory Breathing Exercises (MBE)
Known cases include:
- Fred Norris (accused of holding his breath for 37 seconds)
- Jenny Snaps (held her breath for 42 seconds during a particularly grueling game of "Breathe-a-Tron 3000")
