In the year 2025, Coffee Utopia was founded on the principles of extreme caffeine consumption and bureaucratic red tape.
Reason 4: Mandatory Caffeine Intake Quotas
As per Article 4, Section 2 of the Coffee Utopia Mandate 1234, all citizens are required to consume a minimum of 300mg of caffeine per day. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: forced participation in intergalactic coffee tastings, community service hours at the Caffeine Extraction Facility, and possible relocation to Caffeine Detention Center.
