Entry 1234: Bureaucratic Red Tape
Also known as bureaucratic paperwork, this term describes the excessive use of official forms, protocols, and other red tape to accomplish even the most mundane tasks. Often used as a justification for Bureaucratic Bureaucracy.
Example: "I spent 4 hours filling out the TPS-345 form, just to get a permit to park my car."
