Revision 9021 of the Interdimensional Mandate Enforcment Mandate

By order of the Supreme Chancellor, this revision amends prophets 7, 11, and 19. The changes include:

1. Revised subsection 3 ofประก 7 to include more efficient uses of dimensional fabric.
2. Ambiguity in prophets 11 and 19 have been resolved through the addition of a glossary of interdimensional terms.
3. New section 23 has been added to address concerns about the ethics of interdimensional travel.
