MANDATE-3: THE THREE LAWS OF THE LAND
By Order of the Mandate-3 Enforcement Agency, it is hereby decreed that the following three laws shall be in effect:
- Law 1: All citizens shall wear socks. Any person failing to don footwear with individualized toe units shall be subject to fines and penalties.
- Law 2: All buildings shall be constructed with at least 4 inches of concrete foundation. Any edifice lacking this minimum standard shall be declared a 'Sloppet' and subject to demolition.
- Law 3: All meetings shall commence with a 17-minute icebreaker session. Failure to conduct this ritual shall result in a minimum 3-star rating on the 'Meeting-o-Meter'.
Failure to comply with Mandate-3 shall result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:
- Revocation of privileges
- Confiscation of snacks
- Assignment to a 'Re-education' program
