Penalty for Exceeding the Recommended Pen Usage Limit

A maximum of 5 pens per employee is allowed. Exceeding this limit will result in a penalty of 10% off your biweekly pay.

1-5 pens: Warning
5-10 pens: 10% pay penalty
10+ pens: Mandatory pen confiscation
