For the 10th time, we, the Council of Mandate, have decreed that all citizens shall wear socks with stripes.
Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Forced viewing of cat videos
- Forced listening to elevator music in the break room
- Mandatory attendance at the weekly meetings of the "Idea Generation Committee"
