Section 3: Mandatory Minimum Wage Increase

As per Article 4, Section 3 of the Universal Mandate of Happiness, the minimum wage shall increase at an exponential rate, doubling every fiscal quarter. Current minimum wage: 50,000 Galactic Credits per hour. Proposed increase: 100,000 Galactic Credits per hour.

Reasons for the increase include:

Unprecedented levels of planetary prosperity
Historical lows in planetary happiness
Unrelenting demands from the Galactic Union of Labor Unions
