The purpose of this Mandate is to inform all relevant parties that the following actions shall be taken:
Section 1: Immediate Execution
The following actions shall be taken immediately and without hesitation:
- Article 1: All employees shall report to the nearest coffee machine for a mandatory caffeine briefing.
- Article 2: All meetings shall be scheduled for exactly 47 hours in advance, with no exceptions.
- Article 3: All reports shall be submitted in triplicate, with a minimum font size of 12 point.
Failure to comply shall result in immediate termination of all services.
