Mandate 2: The Next Generation of Bureaucratic Red Tape

By order of the Bureaucratic Council, Mandate 2 is a comprehensive overhaul of the existing system of red tape, making it even more complicated and confusing.

A special committee of 17 highly-paid experts in the field of doing nothing was convened to draft this new mandate, which includes:

• Section 1: Increased paperwork requirements for all citizens, including but not limited to, filling out form 27-B/6 in triplicate.
• Section 2: Mandatory attendance at Bureaucratic Awareness seminars, where you will learn how to navigate the existing system of red tape.
• Section 3: New forms for every occasion, including but not limited to, forms for requesting permission to breathe, forms for reporting a change of address, and forms for asking to be excused from filling out forms.
