Mandate Morphing Technique 2: The Art of Making More Rules

Because one set of rules wasn't enough, we're back with an all-new, all-improved Mandate Morphing Technique 2!

With this technique, you can create an entire hierarchy of rules, each one more Byzantine than the last.

Step 1: Start with a simple rule. Something like "Don't touch the fish."

Step 2: Add a subrule. Like, "Don't touch the fish unless you're wearing a lab coat."

Step 3: Create a sub-subrule. "Don't touch the fish unless you're wearing a lab coat and have eaten a sandwich."

And so on, and so on.

Before you know it, you'll have an entire edifice of rules, each one more mind-numbing than the last.
