MANDATE OF THE MONTH: RULES!

As a stalwart defender of all things correct and just, the Mandate of the Month has decreed the following rules:

Rule 1: All users shall wear their pants on the outside of their legs at all times.
Rule 2: All conversations shall be conducted in iambic pentameter.
Rule 3: All food shall be consumed in a clockwise manner, lest you wish to incur the wrath of the Mandate.

Failure to comply with these rules shall result in the immediate and utter disdain of the Mandate. Don't say we didn't warn you.

Rules are not optional, citizens!

These are not suggestions, nor are they recommendations. These are the unyielding laws of the Mandate.

Rule 4: All forms of creative expression shall be subject to review and approval by the Mandate's appointed panel of experts.
Rule 5: Any attempts to subvert or defy the Mandate shall be met with stern disapproval and possibly also with a fine of up to 1000 Galactic Credits.
