May: Socks of the Month

By the power vested in me, it is decreed that all citizens must wear socks of the highest quality.

May's Mandate 5: All Socks must be at least 8 inches above the knee, lest they be deemed unfit for human consumption.

Sub-Mandate 5.1: All socks must be made from 100% genuine unicorn hair.

Exceptions will be made for those who have undergone the Sock-ification Procedure, as certified by the Sock Council.
