Mandate 003: The Unyielding Regulations

Section 1: The Mandate

By order of the Galactic Overlords, all sentient beings within the Andromedian sector must adhere to the following regulations:

Article 1: All spaceships must be painted in a minimum of three colors to ensure maximum visibility in low-light conditions.

Article 2: All crew members must maintain a minimum of 30 minutes of meditation per day to prevent intergalactic burnout.

Article 3: The infamous 3-1-5-1 ratio of space-tacos-to-captain.

Article 4: The mandatory use of disco music during fueling procedures.

Subsection 1: Enforcement

Failure to comply with these regulations will result in:

Severe penalties, including but not limited to:

1) Forced listening to elevator music in the ship's cafeteria

2) Mandatory participation in group sing-alongs of the Galactic Anthem

3) Random inspections by the Intergalactic Compliance Squad
