Section 1, Article 3: Mandatory Hug Policy
According to Article 3 of the Mandatory Emotional Labor Law of 2023, all employees are required to receive at least 4 hours of mandatory hugging from their superiors per month. Failure to comply will result in a minimum penalty of 5000 dollars per hour of hugging debt. Don't worry, though - the fine print states that hugging can be substituted with 'emotional validation' if you're feeling shy or preferential.
