By the authority vested in me, I hereby decree:

ALL CITIZENS ARE MANDATED TO WEAR PINK PONIES ON FRIDAYS.

Citizens who do not comply will be subject to:

• Public shaming by the Mandate Enforcement Agency
• Fines and penalties as dictated by the Mandate Monetary Board
• Reeducation through the Ministry of Redundancy
