In accordance with Mandate 3/9, all citizens are required to fill out form 27-B/6 in triplicate, using only black ink on beige paper, and submit it to the Bureaucratic Red Tape Department within 30 days of receipt.
Failure to comply will result in a fine of 100 units of Bureaucratic Red Tape Units (BRTU), which will be automatically deducted from your paychecks for the next 5 years.
However, if you can prove that you have been held hostage by a group of rogue accountants, your fine may be waived. Please submit a written statement, signed under oath, explaining the circumstances.
