Decree 3, Article 1, Section 2: The Mandate of Unyielding Resolve

In accordance with the dictates of the Unyielding Mandate, all citizens are hereby required to maintain a stiff upper lip in the face of adversity.

Any display of emotional weakness shall be met with swift and severe punishment, up to and including but not limited to:

• Reeducation through intense, unyielding staring contests
• Forced viewing of the greatest hits of 80s motivational cassette tapes
• Reassignment to a remote outpost on the 14th floor of a 1970s era office building
