MANDATE PARTY 3: THE UNDISPUTED CHARTER

WHEREAS, we, the undersigned, are a group of highly trained and utterly uncoordinated individuals; and

WHEREAS, we have come to a consensus that our lack of coordination is a national security threat;

WHEREAS, we have been mandated by our overlords to create a new charter that will address this issue with the utmost urgency and severity;

NOW, THEREFORE, we, the undersigned, do hereby ordain and establish this Charter, Article I, Section I, Subsection A, as follows:
