Rule 3: Thou Shalt Not Refuse a Form 24(7

According to Mandate 3, subsection 4, paragraph 7:

Article 1: All citizens are required to fill out form 24/7 at least once daily, unless they have a medical exemption (not applicable to anyone). Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Fines of up to 1000 Galactic Credits
• Confiscation of all available snacks
• Revocation of all privileges, including but not limited to: use of the toilet, use of the shower, use of the coffee machine
