Section 1: Mandatory Fun
As a valued member of our team, you are required to participate in our mandatory fun activities.
- Friday afternoons are reserved for mandatory team-building exercises, including but not limited to: trust falls, team trivia, and forced karaoke.
- All employees are expected to wear the company-sponsored "I'm with Mandate" t-shirts on Fridays.
Section 2: Mandatory Dress Code
We take our dress code very seriously. Very seriously.
- On Tuesdays, everyone must wear their best "I'm with Mandate" tie.
- On Thursdays, all women are required to wear their hair in a "fancy" updo.
Section 3: Mandatory Break Policy
Take breaks, people! We don't want you to burn out.
- Every hour, on the hour, employees are required to take a 10-minute break to stretch and think about their feelings.
- All breaks must be taken with a minimum of 3 pieces of candy.
Note: Failure to comply with these mandates may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to: termination, re-termination, and re-re-termination.
