Snack Standards Mandate 3: The Unyielding

By order of the Snack Overlord, Mandate 3 decrees that all snacks served in the realm must adhere to the following standards of excellence:

Standard 1: Snacks must be at least 4 inches wide and 2 inches tall.

Standard 2: Snacks must have a minimum of 3 different textures (crunchy, smooth, and slightly crunchy-smooth).

Standard 3: Snacks must be served within 7 inches of a napkin.

Any snackbar that fails to meet these standards shall be subject to the highest penalty: being thrown into the depths of the snack graveyard, a fate worse than being a vegan at a meat-lovers pizza buffet.
