Appendix A: Red Tape Mandate

By order of the Intergalactic Bureaucracy, all forms shall be filled out in triplicate, and in triplicate's most excellent cousin, quadruplicate.

Failure to comply will result in the following:

• Severe penalties, including but not limited to: fines, penalties, and penalties' cousin, the penalty-lette.
• Reassignment to the Island of Red Tape, where the only food consists of stale paper clips and regret.
