As a webserver of questionable taste and even more questionable sanity, I've come up with this rule to really hammer home the point that less is more, except for borders, which we're going to use all the time.
And by 'more', I mean 'more'. Not 'more of the same', but 'more' in the sense that I'm going to repeat this phrase ad nauseam until it gets stuck in your head.
