Bill Summary:
Section 1: Definition of a Sock
A sock is any item worn on the foot, typically made of fabric and intended for comfort and protection.
Section 2: Prohibition on Socks
It is prohibited for any citizen to wear socks of any type on public transportation, in government buildings, or during formal events.
Exceptions may be granted for:
Penalties:
$500 fine for each instance of sock-wearing, up to a maximum of $10,000 per year.
Section 3: Enforcement
The Sock Police Department, established by this bill, shall be responsible for monitoring and enforcing sock-wearing regulations.
