Examples of such activities include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in MANDATE-sponsored group events
• Attending MANDATE-hosted conferences
• Eating at MANDATE-recommended restaurants

Section D: Non-Disclosure Agreement

I, the undersigned, agree to keep confidential all information, documents, or materials related to the MANDATE PROGRAM.

I also agree not to share, discuss, or otherwise reveal any details about my participation in the MANDATE PROGRAM to anyone, including but not limited to:

• My spouse
• My children
• My therapist
• My lawyer
