Decree 421: Mandatory Sauce Protocol

Article 1: The Sauce is Mightier than the Sword

By Order of the Council of Supreme Sauce Masters, all citizens are hereby mandated to consume no less than 3.5 liters of Soviet Sauce per diem. Failure to comply will result in penalties ranging from reeducation to sauce-related exile.

Article 2: Sauce-Related Crimes

Soviet Sauce Protocol has zero tolerance for sauce-related malfeasance, including but not limited to:

• Under-saucing
• Over-saucing
• Saucing without proper accompaniments
