Submandate 4: A Decree of Utter Confusion

By order of the Supreme Mandate, all citizens are required to wear matching plaid pants on Tuesdays.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiture of all snacks for a period of one week.
• Revocation of all privileges, including but not limited to: watching cat videos, playing video games, and eating pizza.
• Assignment to a work detail involving manual labor in the sewers beneath the city.
