MANDATE 12: THE UNCONTESTABLE DECREE

By order of the Supreme Council of the Realm, it is hereby declared that:

Section 1: Mandatory Mornings

All citizens are required to wake up at precisely 06:00 AM every day. Any deviations from this schedule will be met with severe repercussions.

Exceptions will be made for the following:

• Those who have been certified by the Council as being "morning people"
• Those who have been granted special dispensation by the Mandate Authorities

Section 2: Mandatory Attire

Citizens are required to wear the following approved colors on Tuesdays:

• Yellow: All citizens with the last name "Smith"
• Blue: All citizens with the last name "Johnson"
• Purple: All citizens with the last name "Williams"

Section 3: Mandatory Entertainment

All citizens are required to watch the following approved programs:

• Reality TV: All citizens with the first name "John"
• Cooking shows: All citizens with the last name "Brown"
• Soap Operas: All citizens with the last name "Davis"

Failure to comply with this Mandate will result in:

• Fines and/or imprisonment for up to 30 days
• Loss of privileges, including but not limited to, access to the local park
• Assignment of a mandatory side-hustle for up to 6 months
