Subsection 6: The Great Overlord's Decree

By order of the supreme ruler, all subjects are required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

• Article 1: The funny hat shall be at least 5 inches wide.
• Article 2: The funny hat shall be made of at least 50% cotton.
• Article 3: The funny hat shall not be worn on Sundays.
