Section 3, Subsection 2, Paragraph 1 of Mandate 27-B/7 requires all citizens to report any and all instances of spontaneous combustion to the Ministry of Unexplained Phenomena. Failure to do so will result in fines up to 1000 credits and/or imprisonment for up to 30 days.
