Fines and Penalties
Section 16.1: Administrative Penalties
- Failure to comply with any provision of this Manual: $1,000 fine
- Failure to pay any fine: 5% interest per annum
Section 16.2: Judicial Penalties
Up to 6 months imprisonment, or both
Section 16.3: Repeated Offenses
Double the fine for each repeat offense
