It is widely known that the Ministry of Red Tape is the most feared government agency in the world. Their labyrinthine bureaucracy and Byzantine procedures are the stuff of legend.

However, what is less well-known is the unfortunate incident in which a junior clerk, fresh out of Bureaucracy School, accidentally deleted the entire department's supply of form 27-B/6, leading to a nationwide shortage of paperwork.

The incident, known as 'Bureaucratic-gate,' was covered extensively in the Ministry's internal newspaper, The Red Tape Gazette.
