MANDATE 8-2: A Declaration of Utter Utterness

We, the Supreme Ruler of the land, do hereby establish the following rules:

  1. That all inhabitants of the land must wear a tutu on Tuesdays.
  2. That the official snack of the land shall be a combination of cheese puffs and pineapple.
  3. That all forms of self-expression shall be allowed, except for the color blue.
