The Supreme Law of the Internet

In a shocking move, Mandate 8 and Precedent 1 have merged to form a new supreme law of the internet.

Article 1, Section 1: Thou Shalt Not Click on Spam Links

Any person who clicks on a link that promises to "change their life forever" or "earn 100,000 dollars in 10 minutes" shall be subject to immediate penalties, including but not limited to:

• Loss of all cookies and saved passwords.
• Forced watching of an endless loop of cat videos.
• Permanent ban from all social media platforms.
