EXTENSION TERMS - Mandate 9 Enforcement
By accepting this mandate, you agree to the following terms:
ARTICLE 1: Mandatory Compliance
Failure to comply will result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:
- Confiscation of all snacks within a 5-mile radius
- Revocation of all privileges, including but not limited to: internet, video games, and social media
- Fines and/or imprisonment, as determined by the Enforcement Division
ARTICLE 2: Personal Liability
You, the mandatee, shall hold harmless the Mandate 9 Enforcement Division from any and all claims of:
- Personal injury, including but not limited to: emotional distress, physical harm, or loss of productivity
- Property damage, including but not limited to: destroyed furniture, ruined relationships, or shattered dreams
- Financial loss, including but not limited to: bankruptcy, foreclosure, or loss of credit score
ARTICLE 3: Waiver of Rights
You, the mandatee, waive all rights to appeal or contest any decision made by the Enforcement Division, including but not limited to:
- Administrative review
- Court appeal
- Executive clemency
