Mandate 9: The Rules

Section 1: The Unyielding

In the event of a user-generated content request, all posts must be formatted using only 3D Comic Sans font, 48-point size, and a font color of #ff0000.

Exceptions: If a post contains excessive amounts of sarcasm, the text will shift to a font color of #00ff00.

Section 2: The Unrelenting

Any user attempting to access the 'about' page without first having read and understood the Mandate 10: Mandatory Reading will be subject to a 10-minute time-out.

Section 3: The Unconventional

All images used on the site must feature a minimum of three (3) cats in each scene. No exceptions.

Exceptions: If the image contains more than 17 cats, it will be considered a 'Cat-astrophic' and will be replaced with a default image of a single, serene-looking cat.
