Article 2.1: Hats must be worn at all times when interacting with the Mandate.
Article 2.2: Hats may be removed for the sole purpose of washing your hands.
Article 2.3: Any attempts to hide or conceal one's hat will result in automatic disqualification from society.
Article 2.4: A minimum of 7 chapeaus per day is mandatory for all Mandate members.
Article 2.5: Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the implementation of the dreaded "Hat-napping" protocol.
